Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and distribution centers located in both the US and China. So if you order more than one item they may be shipped separately depending on where each item is sourced.
Q. Shipping duration; When will my order arrive?
A. It will usually take from 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product to product based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
Q. Can I place an order from my particular country?
A. Yes, you can place an order from any country. We ship worldwide.
Q. Is shipping really free?
A. Yes, shipping is free worldwide on most items. On some items, we offer free shipping on orders worth over $75.
Q. Where is your company located?
A. We are a small American team based in Houston Texas, USA. However, we curate our store with items sourced both locally and globally.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for support, follow-up, and to send newsletters of our promotions or coupons for discounts. Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. In most countries you will not have to pay custom charges. However, this depends on your location and on the number of items included in your order.
